The following terms and conditions apply to all advertising services offered by E Designers Ltd.
By ordering and paying for advertising services from E Designers Ltd. you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Escort Ireland is an advertising directory, every payment made to this website is for a set number of days for a particular advertising package. Our full rate card is listed below and outlines all of our available packages along with the timeframe that your advertisement will be active for and the cost that must be paid prior to your advertisement going online.
We are not an escort agency or escort service and do not accept any payments on behalf of the escorts or act as any other type of intermediary. All payments are strictly in relation to the advertising packages listed below.
Payment Process
All payments for advertisments must be made in advance of the advertisment going online or being made active. We accept payment via credit cards which must be made using our secure online payment page. We accept payments 24/7 on our website but all adverts are manually processed and so your advertisement will normally be made active within 2 business hours.
Contractual Conclusion
Each of the advertisement options listed on our website is for a set price which is for a set number of consecutive days. Once payment has been accepted for your advertisement and your advertisement has been made active (normally within 2 business hours) then your advertisement will run for the set number of consecutive days. When this set number of consecutive days has concluded your advertisement will automatically be removed and the contract between this website and the advertiser will be concluded.
For example: a €100 for one weeks advertising will entitle the advertiser to 7 consecutive days advertising begining from the day their advert is made active and ending the same day of the following week.
Cancellation
In the event of a payment being made for an advertisement which is cancelled prior to being made active on our website we would be happy to refund this payment within 28 days or hold this money on account for a period of upto 364 days at which time it would be automatically refunded to the purchaser. Once an advertisement has been made active it will run consecutively for the set number of days and may not be cancelled with refund. The advert may be made inactive prior to the end of the period but no refunds would be available.
Refund Policy
Escort Ireland will make every effort to ensure that this website operatives with an uptime of at least 95% of the time (allowing for upgrades, reboots and other items out of our control), in the event that the website is offline for more than 50% of the month then a full refund will be offered within 28 days for any remaining days of your advertising package.
For example: if you purchase one months advertising at a price of €250 and our uptime is only 49% and you wish to seek a refund with 15 days remainging then a refund of 50% of your purchase price would be offered which would total €125.
No refunds are available for any other reason, once an advertisement has been made active it must run for the set number of consecutive days, it cannot be paused or kept on hold in any way. Your advertisement may be stopped early but no refund would be offered.
We will not advertise escorts under the age of 18.
You may be asked to provide identification and other information to confirm your identity and your age. It is our policy to age check all advertisers aged 18-21.
We will not advertise escorts who are pregnant or otherwise vulnerable.
All advertisers must agree they offer an escort service for companionship only and do not offer paid services of a sexual nature. *
We only publish real photographs and videos. All advertisers must agree they are the sole owner of any photos or videos they submit to us and the photos or videos are neither "fakes" nor "stock" photography / videography. **
Above and beyond the guidelines set out in the Obscene Publications Act (UK), all advertisements must comply with our copy guidelines. ***
We aim for 99+% uptime but we cannot be held responsible if this is changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our hosting is very reliable.
All material supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's advertisements will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where client content is determined unfit by us. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we feel a client's content may be dishonest, infringing copyright or contrary to UK law or our own copy guidelines.
E Designers Ltd. can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any advertisement.
The client is solely responsible for any liability arising out of publication of any advertisement.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
E Designers Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify these Advertising Terms and Conditions.

Profiles can no longer be suspended once active (unless for security reasons, but this is subject to E-I discretion). They must run until the end of the tour.
